Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site position. This is not a manpower role. Candidates with Data Centre experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and review material submittals and shop drawings for all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, water supply, firefighting, and fuel systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, local regulations, and contractual documents.
• Review design documents, concept designs, and detailed studies, providing valuable inputs to meet deliverables for the end user or client.
• Provide Mechanical Engineering consultancy for mission-critical system engineering, especially for Data Centres in various market sectors such as Telecom, Finance, Residential, and Public Sector.
• Be familiar with Uptime Tier Certification regarding the design and construction of mechanical systems.
• Review mechanical calculations, including heat load calculations, fire suppression calculations, firefighting, water supply, drainage requirements, fuel systems, and CFD analysis.
• Manage and plan the execution of works with pre-planning and forecasting of resources, including material orders, sub-contractors, and internal workforce, to ensure timely project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certification is essential.
• Data Centre experience is highly advantageous.
