Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Steel Structure Supervisor/Engineer to join our team. This role involves both shop floor and on-site responsibilities, with a focus on steel fabrication and erection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage steel structure projects, ensuring high standards of fabrication and erection.
• Read and interpret drawings related to steel fabrication and erection.
• Work effectively both on the shop floor and on-site.
• Use CAD software for design and planning.
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Apply knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles in the execution of tasks.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Must know fabrication work and have experience in steel structure projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting fabrication and erection drawings.
• Ability to work on both the shop floor and on-site.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Experience in taking off BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s/BE degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
