We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking qualified candidates for the following role:

Position: Sales Engineer – Building Materials
Location: KSA

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers’ operations, commercial, technical, and purchasing personnel to build long-term partnerships.
• Assist in identifying product applications for various market sectors and specific projects within the assigned regions.
• Utilize market knowledge and distribution channels to support top management with effective pricing strategies and product positioning.
• Achieve sales targets by actively participating in sales meetings and scheduled events.
• Compile and analyze market information to validate sales targets and margins, supported by the sales manager.
• Negotiate agreements with customers to achieve the highest unit selling prices and profits, providing technical support for customer inquiries.
• Manage sales of cement and other building materials through a trader network and direct sales.
• Collaborate across departments (Operations, Finance, etc.) to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product ordering, delivery, credit agreements, and payment terms, contributing to account receivables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales engineer in building materials or a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience post-graduation, with at least 2 years in sales.
• BSc/BA in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
