Position: Site Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with a specialization in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure project compliance, and deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the site.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Implement effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges on site.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction, preferably with power plants.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
