Position: Benefits and Compensation Specialist
Location: Riyadh

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Saudi nationality
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent Excel skills

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Previous experience in human resources practices and compensation cycle management
• Practical knowledge of job evaluation and analysis systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Availability:

• Immediate availability is a must
