A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join their team. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated area, ensuring that each location adheres to company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple restaurants to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices across all locations.
• Lead, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges or customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Implement company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence across all restaurants.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant sector, with a strong understanding of operations.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
