This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a dynamic sales team, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, specifically in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
• Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
