Position: Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Alkhobar. If you have a strong background in project management and are passionate about landscaping or construction, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate and oversee various landscaping and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Organization: Utilize your excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and construction processes to enhance project outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and within a team environment to drive project success.
• Software Proficiency: Use project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both Arabic and English.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping techniques and materials.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.
• Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle available in Saudi Arabia.
