HSE Officer : Offshore Safety Specialist

Eastern Wing is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to Officer our operations in the dynamic SFNY Offshore field. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Sentinel: Conduct rigorous safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Incident Investigator: Proactively investigate incidents and accidents, uncovering root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Training Maestro: Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs, empowering our workforce with the knowledge and skills to operate safely.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements,  our operations and reputation.
• Risk Strategist: Conduct thorough risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to identify and manage potential hazards.

Qualifications:

• Essential:
  • NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety credential.
  • Minimum 5 years of offshore HSE experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Saudi Aramco approval as an HSE Officer.
  • Professional membership in a recognized safety organization (ASP, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH, NCSO, MIIRSM).
  • OSHA certification, incident investigation expertise, and BLS first aid certification (Saudi or American Heart Association).
  • H2S, confined space entry, and risk assessment/JSA proficiency.
  • OPITO approved BOSIET/TBOSIET & H2S certificates.
• Desirable:
  • Experience in the SFNY Offshore field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive positive change.

Required Supporting Documents:

• Degree/Diploma certificate.
• Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, first aid, etc.).
• Training certificates (BOSIET, TBOSIET, H2S, etc.).
• Saudi Aramco approval.
• Employment certificates.

Mobilization: Immediate

Payment: 45 Days after Timesheet submission
