Naffco KSA Looking to Hire a Project Director

The new company that I found in KSA for localized name is Naffco KSA and, at this time, they are looking for a Project Director.

Location: Jeddah – for NEOM, Amaala, & The Red Sea projects
Employment Type: Full-time

Experience:

MEP project experience of at least 8-10 years as well as at least ten years of leadership experience.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, ERP or other certification will be given priority.
Job Overview:
Project Director is in charge of planning, implementation and successful completion of project within s stated time and cost. The responsibilities include the supervising of cross functional teams, exhibiting relationship management of stakeholders and the guaranteeing that deliverables fit the organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy:

In a stringent manner state and consolidate the goals, aim and tangible milestones of the project with respect to client and organizational profiles.
Create sound and strategic project frameworks which as well includes project schemes, schedules, resources and costs.
Assign direct and lead, project teams, in such a manner that all organizational objectives and goals are defined with respect to their roles and responsibilities.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as a reference point for communication between clients, senior management and other stakeholders.
Encourage interdepartmental exchange of information so that project members, together with other stakeholders, receive reports on project plans and risks.
Ensure that expectations of all the project stakeholders are properly set and ensure good relationship is maintained with all the concerned stakeholders.

Team Management:

Supervise project managers, coordinators as well as team members of the project section.
Take responsibility of recruiting for the project if this has not been done, in order to guarantee that, the right personnel is brought on the project.
The primary skills that are necessary for an efficient working of the project and hence to incorporate into the job description include;

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

Prepare and control project budgets for its cost-effectiveness and monitoring spending.
Plan realistically, make sure that all required tools and equipment are available within the classroom.
Supervise the financial outcomes and change such plans to correspond to constraints of available resources.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

There is always dangers or issues that poses threaten project success and this always needs to be pointed out to clients.
Establish scenarios in case of possible schedule issues or lack of resources or manpower and other constraints.
Handle all the problems and disagreements that may from time to time occur and make sure that the project progresses as planned.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Maintain the tracking of the project status on the ways that the key milestones and the due dates should be met.
Create reports on development status, challenges, risks and expenditures accordingly and submit them to the senior management from time to time.
Make certain that projects are finished to the best of quality and all products submitted to the clients and organization’s standards.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
