1. Study & Estimation Engineer
Actual experience of not less than 10 years in studying and presenting government and private competitions and investment funds: buildings of all kinds administrative, commercial and residential / in addition to industrial projects and infrastructure
Proficiency in analyzing the costs of construction and architectural items (and infrastructure) and coordinating with the requirements of electromechanical works
· Full proficiency in working on MS Office (in addition to knowledge of related engineering programs
Additional expertise in implementation, technical office and value engineering studies
Proficiency in preparing presentations and technical and financial presentations
Proficiency in Arabic and English

2. Document keeper (secretarial)
Experience in dealing with Forsa, Etimad and other platforms
· Full knowledge of programs for saving and managing files and competition data and follow-up
Proficiency in using engineering programs to present professional presentations
Proficiency in Arabic and English
