Job Opportunity: QC & QA Manager / Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Al Tajweed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC & QA Manager / Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards.

Position: QC & QA Manager / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
• Oversee the inspection of raw materials, components, and final products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any non-conformances.
• Maintain compliance with all ISO 9001 standards and ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented and maintained.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product design, particularly in steel manufacturing.
• Materials Science: Proficiency in materials science, especially metals, wood, and composites.
• Quality Management: Expertise in quality control, quality assurance, and process improvement methodologies.
• Certification: ISO 9001 Certification is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
