Scope of work:
Preparing architectural design proposals and detailed drawings
Prepare drawings regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports. Memos, status reports.  Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plans.
Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a project.
Directing drafting staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets.
Plan layout of project, scale drawings and integrate engineering element into unified design.
Visiting building worksites to ensure design is being fit according to architectural plans.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Competencies:
1. Technical Skills.
Excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills.
Solid understanding and knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations
2. Non-Technical Skills.
Excellent communication skills
A strong imagination and the ability to think and create new ideas and dimensions
Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Good design and drawing skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
