First, open the Play Store.
After opening the Play Store, go to the search bar and type the B Care app.
Search for it, and this app will appear. Download the app. I already have it downloaded, so I will click Open.
After clicking Open, you will come to the B Care app. A page will appear with “Login” at the top. Click Login.
After clicking Login, another page will appear. Click on Register to create your account.
To create your account:
– First, enter your email (your active email)
– Then enter your National ID / Iqama number
– Then enter your mobile number (the one under your name)
– Then create a password
– Enter the numbers shown on the screen
Then click Add Account.
After clicking Add Account, it will ask for your date of birth.
Click on the year and choose your correct year.
Then choose your month.
Then enter the numbers shown again.
Click Add Account again.
Now an OTP will come to your mobile. Enter that OTP and click Verify.

Your account has now been created. You will see “Welcome” on the screen. Now you can buy your insurance.
Click Vehicles.
A new page will appear. If you want new insurance, you can buy that. If you want owner transfer insurance, click on Owner Transfer.
In Owner Transfer:
– Enter the Seller’s ID number (Iqama)
– Enter the Buyer’s ID number (your Iqama)
– Enter the Sequence Number (from your Istimara)
– Enter the numbers shown on the screen
Then click Show OTC.
A new page will appear showing the policy start date. Click Get OTC.
Now you will see many insurance companies. Choose the one with the lowest price. All insurances are almost the same, so select the cheapest one.

Click Buy Now.
You will see two options: Corporation and TPL. Choose TPL.
Scroll down and accept the Terms & Conditions.
Then click Proceed to Payment.
You will now see many payment methods. You can use Tabby as well.
Scroll down, and I will select Visa/MasterCard.
Click Proceed to Payment.
You will receive an OTP on your phone. Enter the OTP.
Now the bank page will open. Enter your card details:
– Card Number (16 digits)
– Expiry Month and Year
– Name on Card
– CVV
Click Confirm.
Another OTP will come from your bank. Enter it.

Your payment will be verified.
Once the payment is successful, a message will appear saying your insurance has been purchased.
Within a few seconds, you will receive your insurance policy PDF from B Care.
