Your ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure all concerns are addressed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a customer service role or similar position.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
