We are Fintech company and looking for B2B Senior Sales to start immediately

Roles and Responsibilities are below:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the ERP, payroll, and early wage access sectors.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Product Knowledge:
5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue. Utilize CRM tools.
8. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
2. Extensive experience in ERP, payroll, early wage access, or fin-tech industries.
3. Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management.
4. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
