Job Description:

Future Vision Contracting Company is hiring for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer/Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, with excellent management and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Interpret and utilize HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing drawings effectively.
• Expertise in various A/C units (VRF, Chillers, PACU, etc.).
• Proficient in operating DDC Panels for AHU, PACU, and other controls.
• Manage and supervise daily activities of the technical team.
• Optimize manpower and resource usage.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Conduct random site inspections to monitor work standards and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfactory work completion.
• Submit weekly accurate timesheets for operational staff.
• Perform routine inspections of work completed by technicians and service partners.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements/KPIs in terms of quality and quantity.
• Manage work orders, including recording time, labor, and materials for each task.
