Position: Project Manager – Data Centers
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 25k – 30k SAR PCM + Benefits
Experience: 7-10 Years in MEP Engineering

Job Description:

A niche Data Center Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager for a large data center project in Riyadh. This is a site-based role focusing on the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee MEP systems for a large data center construction project.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle site-based project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Engineering Discipline.
• 7-10 years of MEP engineering experience, including completing at least 1 data center construction project as a site-based Project Manager.
• Recent data center experience is essential.
• Excellent grasp of the English language and strong client-facing skills.
• Preference for candidates already based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: 25k – 30k SAR PCM depending on experience.
