Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the FM Division’s Retrofits/Replacement section towards the direction of the business plan and its goals.
• The key task from the company’s perspective is to prepare and launch the Business Plan dedicated to the Retrofits/Replacement section.
• Perform the company’s business at optimum level, dealing directly with the customers or client and having relations with stakeholders and other partners.
• Develop standard operating procedures and methods for all such activities as well as compliance with statutory and company standard.
• Attempt hear for possibilities which you can provide worth and assist in the achievement of organizational objectives and goals.M
• Maximize resources and time in regards to projects to be accomplished.
• Increase the website’s overall sales projection by doing more projects and projects per client.
• Acquire RFPs and Tender Documents from the private, semi-government and government department.
• Co-ordinate the studies for projects, to prepare offers and submit them and follow up on the submitted bids.
• Oversee the subcontractors such as the awarding of tenders, negotiation and entering into of contracts.
• Produce necessary contracts and documents while ensuring satisfactory communication with all the stakeholders.
• Supervise the employees, especially technicians, laborers and the administrative employees in terms of their production and efficiency.
• Request for and analyze competitor price offers for the materials while observing the following aspects on a supplier’s offering.
• Act as project cost controllers and ensure that expenses are kept low enough to result in more profits and or resource utilization.
• Pursue invoice generation and collection with good regularity.
• Join organized meeting with the FM Manager once in a week, to deliberate on technical/contractual/f and financial/administrative issues.
• Expansion of new products and services by bringing new approaches and benefits for the client and the company.
• Ensure that adequate records are kept and cooperate with other departments, where necessary.
