The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announced on Monday that Mada, the Kingdom’s national payment network, now supports Google Pay, one of Google’s most widely used payment services. SAMA stated that this move supports the Financial Sector Development Program and reflects its ongoing efforts to enhance Saudi Arabia’s digital payments ecosystem. With this update, users can securely add and manage their Mada cards through the Google Wallet app, enabling faster, safer, and more convenient transactions.
