Saudi Diyar Consultants is Hiring the following Titles:

1. Senior Project HVAC Engineer (8-10 years of Experience)
2. Lead HVAC Engineer (10-12 years of Experience)
3. Senior Lead HVAC Engineer (12-15 years of Experience)

Job Location: Cairo – Egypt

Job Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering.
– Consultancy experience is required.
– The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
– Candidates must have excellent Gulf experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia, with proven expertise in designing high-rise buildings as well as healthcare and hospital facilities.
– Good experience with sustainability requirements, including LEED and Mostadam, along with shop drawing and Revit proficiency, is considered a plus.
– Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and guiding project teams effectively.
– Experience in concept and detailed design, constructability, coordination of all trades, and professional Basis of Design Report writing is essential.
